1. What is the difference between self-inking, traditional rubber and pre-inked stamps?
Self-inking stamps have a built-in, re-inkable stamp pad as well as an ingenious spring mechanism which keeps the stamp protected and your hands and desk free from ink.

Pre-inked stamps are made with an ink injected die. There is no need for a separate ink pad.

Traditional stamps are fully customizable and have infinite size, shape and style possibilities. A separate ink pad is required.

We have many ink refills and stamp pads available.

2. How do I create a stamp on the website?
Go to our menu bar and click “order online” and log-in (you can access this as a guest as well.) Click on “custom stamps” and our StampWizard will walk you through the process of designing your stamp.

Enter your text (i.e. line one: your name - line two: your address - line three: your company name, etc.) then click the preview button to see your design.

3. How much does a stamp cost?
Once you’ve designed your stamp in our StampWizard and hit the preview button, a list of options with prices will be displayed. Select the type of stamp you’d like and it will be added to your shopping cart.

4. How long does it take to receive my product?
Most stamp orders are completed within 24 hours. Lead times differ depending on order size and complexity. Shipping time is in addition to lead time and varies based on location and method of shipping. We have several shipping options available to you including UPS, FedEx and USPS. Overnight shipping is available if needed.

5. What is your Exchange Policy?
If you receive a defective product, please return it to us with a description of the issue. We will exchange it or repair it at no charge to you.
